Superstars Burnout Stretch Velvet #10429

This light to medium weight stretch velvet has a devoré (burnout) finish, resulting in a blue-toned-black starry print of velvet on a black and sheer, mesh like fabric. This devoré velvet has excellent stretch and return along the weft, with some slight stretch along the warp too. As this velvet has a burnout finish, it is mostly sheer, so a lining may be desired for apparel applications.
