Simplicity Pattern S3083 MISSES' DRESS AND JACKET- Size Y5 (18-20-22-24-26) - is a standard printed tissue pattern (not downloadable). Vintage Simplicity 1950's one-piece dress and jacket sewing pattern. Dress has soft waistline pleats and kimono sleeves style the bodice. The skirt features center and side kick pleats. Version A has a high neckline with bow. Version B is low cut with a bow at the neck edge. The boxy jacket has three-quarter sleeves in Version A, short sleeves in Version B.
