Stretch Cotton Suiting- Onyx Black #13912

This stretch cotton is a medium to heavier weight woven fabric that is made from a blend of cotton and elastane. It has great stretch and return along the weft of the fabric with no stretch along the warp of the fabric. This suiting has some light structure and body when draped and is great for making various stretch apparel projects such as pants, skirts, and jackets.
